Duane “DaRock” Ramos was destined to be a music legend. Born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, Duane DaRock’s grandfather, Tarnarse Ramos, was a famous upright bass player that performed along such legends as Duke Ellington. At the age of fifteen, Duane DaRock started rapping and performing up and down the east coast. Duane DaRock eventually moved to Los Angeles in 1993 where he unveiled a true talent as a producer. His clientele over the last 20 years includes dozens of Hip Hop’s legends and royalty. His musical savviness has landed him deals producing tracks and remixing songs for heavy hitters in the industry ranging from LL Cool J, Busta Rhymes, Common and Jay-Z to Tatiyana Ali, The Pussycat Dolls, Faith Evans, Shaquille O’Neal, Mary J. Blige, Jadakiss, Nicki Minaj, and more.
